Welcome to the ACUI Region 15 Conference website! As student vice chair of the Fall 2009 conference, I invite you to the California State University, San Bernardino. As a student, you may not know what to expect from ACUI, and we want you to get the most out of this conference. This is why the Student Track was developed. The Student Track will help you prepare for the conference while you build relationships with other students. When attending the conference, you will learn that there are students on every campus that have similar experiences and responsibilities as yours. You will be able to share ideas, gain new ones and build working relationships with these students. This experience is invaluable. You will also have the opportunity to meet your student representatives from the Regional Leadership Team and other students who have been actively involved in the Region who can tell you about involvement opportunities. ACUI Region 15 has a lot of opportunities to offer students including, leadership development, I-LEAD, scholarships, awards, and networking opportunities with staff and other students from California, Hawaii, Nevada, Australia & Guam. Once again, I invite you to attend the ACUI Region 15 Conference at California State University, San Bernardino on November 5 – 7, 2009, where you will get find that the “Time is Now”.
