Online registration for the 2010 Recreation Weekend will be made available Monday, January 11, 2010. To register for Billiards, Poetry Slam, Poker, Video Game Gaming, or Table Tennis —Click HERE

NOTE: The regular registration rate will end on Friday, February 5, 2010 and online registration will end on altogether on Friday, February 12, 2010.

Awards
This year’s awards will again include medals for ALL events and financial assistance to attend the
National Tournaments for ONLY the following events and places:
Men’s Billiards – 1st & 2nd place
Women’s Billiards – 1st & 2nd place
Men’s Table Tennis – 1st & 2nd Place
Women’s Table Tennis – 1st & 2nd place
Poetry Slam – 1st place team

Fees


Billiards
$40 per player before 2/5/10 (ACUI member schools)
$45 per player before 2/5/10 (non-ACUI member schools)
The price covers individual registration, Friday social and dinner. Schools can send multiple participants without limits for Billiards, but each individual must pay the corresponding per player fee.

Poetry Slam
$175 per team before 2/5/10 (ACUI member schools)
$200 per team before 2/5/10 (non-ACUI member schools)
The price covers team registration, Friday social and dinner.

Table Tennis
$40 per player before 2/5/10 (ACUI member schools)
$45 per player before 2/5/10 (non-ACUI member schools)
The price covers individual registration, Friday social and dinner. Schools can send multiple participants without limits for Billiards, but each individual must pay the corresponding per player fee.

Texas Hold ‘Em No Limit Poker
$20 food fee per player
Schools can send a maximum four (4) players per school, but each individual must pay the corresponding per player food fee.

Video Game Gaming
$20 per player before 2/5/10 (ACUI member schools)
$25 per player before 2/5/10 (non-ACUI member schools)
The $20 per person registration fee allows a player to enter into any of the
following double elimination tournaments:

- Street Fighter 3, Third Strike
- CAPCOM vs. SNK 2
- Marvel vs. CAPCOM 2
- Tekken 5

The price covers individual registration, Friday social and dinner. Schools can send multiple participants without limits for Halo, but each individual must pay the corresponding per player fee.

 

THE REGULARE RATE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2010
There is a $15 late fee charge for Billiards and Table Tennis registrations received after 2/12/10
There is a $75 late fee charge for Poetry Slam registrations received after 2/5/10

REGISTRATION ENDS ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2010

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing (email allowed) to the Recreation Coordinator, Milton Karahadian
(see contact information below.)

Refunds are allowable before the registration deadline of 2/12/10
Processing fee for cancellation refunds: $10 for Billiards/Poker/Table Tennis/Video Game Gaming
and $30 for Poetry Slam.

After 2/15/10 and/or no shows - Not eligible for refund
